Most recently, we had a client charged with burglary in Queens County. Our investigative team went out and spoke to witnesses, and were able to obtain information for us to prepare that witness for his grand jury presentation. The charges against our client were completely dismissed at the grand jury, and in fact never even went to the trial stage.
