Here at De Leon and Associates, we incorporate the private investigators in our approach to defending our clients right from the beginning of the case, in conjunction with Management Resources, LTD, and MG Securities, Incorporated, we use a very proactive approach to investigating cases on behalf of our clients.

Bob Rahn: Our firm is Management Resources Limited of New York, and we provide investigative services for De Leon and Associates. As a criminal defense investigator, it's our job to find existing evidence that may benefit or exonerate our clients.
Edgar De Leon: It is important to know that police officers have no obligation to search for evidence that finds a defendant innocent. Should they find that evidence, of course they have an obligation to preserve it, and the district attorney has an obligation to turn it over to the defense, but police officers are not charged by law to actively look for such evidence.
